Shipping and Handling
- All orders are being shipped from the United States. International orders will be shipped out via USPS. All physical orders will include tracked shipping.
- At this moment we cannot ship to Ukraine or Russia.
- Import duties, taxes, and other similar charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs to determine what these additional costs are before buying.
- Similarly, UK/EU Packages will incur VAT and processing fees at customs. You will be notified by your local delivery service during transit. Please be aware of these extra expenses before placing an order. The LOV+e mod team will not be responsible for additional charges after shipping.
Shipping Estimates
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If this is to happen, we will notify everyone via social media.
- United States: 1-2 weeks after shipment
- International: Approximate delivery 2-9 weeks after receiving shipment information
Returns and Exchanges
- Sales are final after orders have been shipped out. We will only issue a full refund if your order has not been shipped yet. Please provide proof of purchase when requesting a refund (this can be an order confirmation email, order number, full name the order is under, etc.)
- Please thoroughly review all item descriptions before buying. We provide all shipped orders with tracking numbers, it is the buyer’s responsibility to keep track of their order once it’s shipped.
- If you’ve changed addresses, please notifiy us as soon as possible by emailing [email protected]. Please make sure to include the order number it is under.
- Items are securely packaged in a bubble mailer. The LOV+e team is not liable for damage during shipping, transit, and handling.
- The LOV+e team is not liable for stolen packages during shipping, transit, and handling. Orders can be reshipped (if stock allows) upon purchasing again. Contact LOV+e via email to discuss this.
- Exchanges are only applicable if the wrong order was sent, or an order is incomplete. We ask that you provide proof of purchase when requesting an exchange.
- Packages returned to sender due to customer negligence (wrong address given, customer did not notify us of the change in address, failure to pick up the package, etc.) will not be refunded or reshipped unless the buyer covers for shipping again.
